No Wine Left Behind “Vote for Our Next Celiac-Safe Wine Retreat” Promotion: Official Terms

1. Sponsor. This promotion is run by No Wine Left Behind LLC, 36 St. Marks Avenue, PMB 1028, Brooklyn, NY 11238 (“NWLB,” “we,” “us”). Contact: info@knowwineleftbehind.com.


2. How it works. Anyone eligible who submits a vote through the official voting form at retreats.knowwineleftbehind.com during the voting period will receive, by email, a promo code worth $200 USD off a future NWLB retreat (“Credit”). Every eligible voter receives the Credit. No winners are selected, and nothing is awarded by chance.


3. Voting period. Voting opens on the date the voting form is first published and stays open until NWLB closes it. NWLB may close voting at any time by posting notice on its website or social media channels. Credits already issued are not affected when voting closes.


4. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old. Void where prohibited. You do not need a celiac diagnosis to participate, and NWLB will never ask you to prove one.


5. Credit terms.

  • (a) Amount. The Credit is worth $200 USD off one (1) eligible NWLB retreat booking for one (1) traveler.
  • (b) Final balance only. Under our booking partner’s policy, promotional credits cannot be applied to deposits. The Credit applies only to the final balance, and the full deposit is due at booking.
  • (c) Limit. One (1) Credit per traveler. Each traveler may use the Credit once, on one (1) retreat. The Credit cannot be applied more than once to the same booking. NWLB and its booking partner may check traveler names against past redemptions.
  • (d) Partial use. If the final balance is less than $200, the remaining value is forfeited.
  • (e) No cash value. The Credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged, except where the law requires otherwise. It is a promotional discount, not a gift card.
  • (f) No expiration; eligible retreats. The Credit has no expiration date. It can be used on any future NWLB retreat that is open for booking, subject to availability. The Credit is not valid for the 2027 Santorini retreat. NWLB does not guarantee that any particular retreat, location, or date will be offered.
  • (g) Combining offers. The Credit cannot be combined with any other NWLB discount, promo code, or promotional offer. Only one promo code may be applied per traveler, per booking.
  • (h) How to redeem. Enter code IVOTEDGF200 through NWLB’s current booking partner before your final balance is paid. The code cannot be applied to bookings already paid in full.


6. Booking partner. NWLB retreat bookings are currently processed by LegitTrips, a third-party travel agency. NWLB may change booking partners at any time, and the Credit remains valid if it does. The booking itself is governed by the booking partner’s own terms, including payment, cancellation, and liability terms.


7. Cancellations. If NWLB cancels a retreat the Credit was applied to, the Credit will be reinstated for use on a future NWLB retreat. If you cancel a booking after the Credit has been applied, any refund is calculated on the amount you actually paid, and the Credit may be reinstated at NWLB’s sole discretion.


8. The vote is advisory. NWLB will consider the results but is not required to choose the location with the most votes. Your Credit is valid regardless of the outcome.


9. Privacy. NWLB uses the email address and voting information you submit to run this promotion, deliver your Credit, plan future retreats, and send you NWLB news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Any dietary or health information you choose to share is optional. NWLB does not sell or share your information with third parties, except service providers that help us run this promotion, such as our email and form platforms. To ask that your information be deleted, email info@knowwineleftbehind.com.


10. Misuse. NWLB may refuse a Credit if it reasonably believes the Credit is being used in violation of these Terms, including use by the same traveler more than once.


11. Changes to the promotion. NWLB may change, suspend, or end this promotion because of fraud, technical problems, or circumstances beyond its control. Credits already issued will be honored under the terms in effect when they were issued.


12. Platforms. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other platform.


13. Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NWLB is not responsible for votes or emails that are lost, late, or undelivered; for technical errors; or for travel services provided by third parties. If your Credit email doesn’t arrive within 48 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.


14. Governing law. These Terms are governed by New York law. By voting, you agree to these Terms
